The DEXA scan is the gold standard of body composition<\/a> measurements. It allows you to see exactly how much fat<\/a> and how much muscle you have. It also allows us to break down the ‘Lean Mass’ from the DEXA into meaningful divisions of Extracellular Water, Intracellular Water and Skeletal Muscle Mass.<\/p>\n Then, between DEXAs you can come in each month for a BIA and a 3D Scan.
